Introduction

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Ruby Detailing (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”). By obtaining our auto detailing services, you agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.

Services

We agree to provide auto detailing services in accordance with the details provided during booking or as subsequently agreed upon in the state of Florida.

Use of Customer Phone Number

3.1 By providing your phone number, you expressly grant permission to Ruby Detailing to use your phone number for the purpose of appointment validation, contacting you for service-related concerns, and promoting our offers, products, and services within Florida.

3.2 The customer always has the option to opt-out from promotional messages. If at any time you wish to stop receiving promotional messages from us, simply reply to any of our promotional messages with the text “OPT OUT”. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will remove your number from our promotional messaging list within a reasonable timeframe. However, we may still contact you for appointment validation or service-related matters within Florida.

Payment and Pricing

Pricing for our auto detailing services will be as advertised or as provided in a written quote. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.

Limitation of Liability

Ruby Detailing will not be responsible for any damage or loss to vehicles beyond the scope of the services agreed upon. The liability of Ruby Detailing for any damage or loss directly resulting from our services will not exceed the cost of the service provided.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Other than for the purposes described in this Agreement or unless required by law, we will not share, sell, or disclose your personal information without your explicit consent.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. If we make changes, we will inform you in advance.
